At Keylane, we are looking for a Consultant Release Management to strengthen our Support & Release Management department. In this role, you ensure that changes to our software are delivered to our customers in a controlled and predictable manner.
As a Consultant for Release Management, you are a key link between Product Development, Professional Services, Support, and our customers. You consistently ensure stable, predictable, and high-quality releases across all environments.
You will combine operational release coordination with continuous improvement of release processes, helping Keylane move towards one standardized way of releasing for all customers.
Key About your team
You will be part of the Support & Release Management department, a team of driven and experienced colleagues forming the bridge between customers and Product Development. The team consists of diverse expertise (pension, actuarial, technical) and works closely with colleagues in the Netherlands, Denmark, and India, each bringing their own strengths.
Work closely with Product Development- and Keylane Professional Services teams to support customers with releases.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and help resolve issues related to releases and deployments.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders around releases on both test and production environments.
Ensure smooth planning, communication, and execution of releases.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate new features and enhancements into controlled releases.
Contribute to the development of standardized release processes across customers and products.
Ensure work procedures, documentation, and runbooks are accurate, clear, and up to date.
Maintain detailed records of release activities and outcomes.
Act as backup and cover for colleagues when needed.
Keylane offers
A monthly gross salary between € 3500 and € 4700 based on 40 hours per week;
8% holiday allowance of your total gross salary;

Flexibility in the working environment. As part of a hybrid working team, you will work partly from home and partly from the office. If you work from home, you will receive a working from home allowance (€ 4 net per day) and internet allowance (€ 35 net per month);
